General Requirements: Composition: single-function speedometer is made up of speedometer unit, Operation Unit and so on. The complex function speedometer should be composed of speedometer unit, image acquisition unit and image processing unit. APPEARANCE: The external surface of each component should be smooth and smooth, there should be no dent, scratch, crack and affect the use of deformation. Metal Shell surface should have anti-rust, anti-corrosion coating, metal parts should not have rust. Nameplate and identification: Nameplate and identification should be fixed in the speed meter mainframe or the main parts of a prominent position, and can be permanently preserved. The nameplate shall bear at least the name of the manufacturer, the trademark and the unique number of the main machine or main component. The marking should mark the use condition of the speedometer, including the measuring range, measuring angle and measuring area, etc. . Basic Functions: the single function speedometer should have the functions of speed determination, speed limit setting, overspeed alarm and reading lock. The multi-function speedometer should have the functions of speed measurement, speed limit setting, overspeed alarm, image acquisition and processing. Electrical components: rated voltage of power supply shall be: AC 220V 50HZ or DC 12V, DC 24V, DC 36V V. The tachometer shall have an independent power supply control switch. The tachometer shall be equipped with overload, reverse power connection (when the power supply is DC) and short-circuit protection to protect the internal circuit. Lightning protection measures should be taken for the 50HZ speedometer with AC 220V rated power supply.
Speed measuring range: static speed measuring: Speed measuring instrument for General Highway should meet at least 20KM/h-120km/h; speed measuring instrument for highway should meet at least 20KM/H-180KM/h. Road measurement error: install the standard speedometer on the measuring vehicle. During the test, the measuring cars were driven at 20km/h, 60km/h, 90km/h and 120km/h near the speed points (with speedometer on General Highway) or at 20km/h, 60km/h, 90km/h and 120km/h, 150km/h near the speed points and above 150km/h (with speedometer on Highway) , respectively, compare the velocity of the velocimeter, the measured value and the standard value of the speed of the standard velocimeter, and calculate the speed measurement error. When the speed of motor vehicle is less than 100km/h, the measured error of road should not exceed 100km/h, the measured error of road should not exceed-6km/h-0km/h, when the speed of motor vehicle is more than or equal to 100km/h, the measured error of road should not exceed-6km/h-0km/h of motor vehicle speed. Speed Image Correspondence: the vehicle reflected in the image should be the same as the vehicle under the use condition of the speed meter. Response Time: The response time of the tachometer should not be greater than 0.5 s. Overspeed vehicle capture rate: the overspeed vehicle capture rate of the speedometer should not be less than 90% image recording requirement: the image file collected by the speedometer should be in JPEG format, and have anti-tamper function, the image resolution should not be less than 720 * 288 pixels; The image should be able to display vehicle type and other characteristics, clarity should be able to meet the requirements of manual recognition of vehicle number plate. Each image should include information such as time, location, speed limit, vehicle speed measurement, etc. . If the speedometer’s speedometer record has two or more images, all the images should be combined into a file. Timing error: the timing error of the tachometer 24h should not exceed 1s.Power Adaptability: When the rated power supply is DC12V, the power supply is adjusted to: 16.0V and 10.8V respectively, each working 1h, the speedometer should be able to work normally. ELECTROSTATIC DISCHARGE IMMUNITY: The speedometer works normally when the power is turned on, and the chassis is grounded according to the requirement of use. Test configuration shall meet the requirements of GB/T17626.2. The discharge point is selected as the surface which is easy to be touched by the operator during the normal use of the tachometer. The test rate is 2s discharge once. Each discharge point should be discharged 10 times for positive polarity and 10 times for negative polarity. The test grade is 2. No electrical failure should occur during or after the test, and the evaluation of the test results should meet the requirements of Class B in GB/T17626 series standards. High temperature work: The speedometer is put into the high temperature test box, and the working temperature is 60 °C ± 2 °C with continuous electrification for 24h. During and after the test, there should be no electrical fault, no obvious deformation of appearance and normal function. Low temperature work: put the tachometer into the high temperature test box, under-20 °C ± 2 °C temperature continuous electrification work 24 h. During and after the test, there should be no electrical fault, no obvious deformation of appearance and normal function.Constant wet heat: place the speedometer in the test chamber, after 24 hours in the environment of 40 °C ± 2 °C’and 90%-95% relative temperature, the power supply is switched on for 24 h. During and after the test, there should be no electrical fault, no obvious deformation of appearance and normal function. Insulation Resistance shall not be less than 5M ω. VIBRATION: fixed frequency vibration test was carried out in front, back, left, right, up and down directions of the unpowered speedometer installed on the vibration test bench. The vibration frequency was 33 hz ± 0.66 Hz, the acceleration value was 9.8/s 2, and the vibration was sustained in each direction for 2 hours. After the test, there should be no permanent structural deformation and power station failure, no damage to parts, no loose fasteners, no loose connectors should fall off or contact bad phenomenon, function should remain normal. IMPACT: The non-powered speedometer was installed on the vibration test-bed according to its working position, and the peak acceleration of 98m/s 2 and pulse duration of 11ms were tested for 3 times in front, back, left, right, up and down directions respectively. After the test, there should be no permanent structural deformation and power station failure, no damage to parts, no loose fasteners, no loose connectors should fall off or contact bad phenomenon, function should remain normal. This product passed the National Road Traffic Safety Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center and the Ministry of Public Security Traffic Safety Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center testing, implementation standard: GB/T 21255-2007“Motor vehicle speed meter”.
