Hard Disk degaussing machine is an economic type degaussing machine, can eliminate all kinds of magnetic carrier information, suitable for government agencies, enterprises office use. HDD degaussing machine adopts 32-bit ARM processor, real-time control “Voltage, field strength”and other key data to ensure the reliable removal of information on the magnetic carrier.
Main features: Complete System Architecture: This machine adopts LCD screen, with its own keyboard, directly connected to the label printer, constitute a complete system. No need of computer and PC software can complete user information input, and real-time degaussing information to form a complete degaussing record, stored in the memory of the machine, can be printed at any time through the label printer stickers. Precise voltage setting: the degaussing voltage is set by high precision hardware circuit, the setting value is calibrated before leaving the factory, the error is less than 0.1% , the fluctuation is less than 0.05% . Real-time voltage detection: The charging voltage is sent to the ARM processor through the voltage detection unit. The real-time display during the charging process enables the user to know the current charging situation immediately. When degaussing begins, the ARM processor locks onto the degaussing voltage. Real-time field monitoring: the built-in peak magnetic field detector (has been patented) , when the degaussing field generated, automatically capture the degaussing field strength, which is monitored by the ARM processor. Abnormal alarm: through the hardware degaussing voltage, ARM processor locked degaussing voltage, ARM processor monitored the degaussing field strength of these three levels, so that each degaussing accurate and reliable. When there are abnormal conditions: such as power supply voltage below 190V, charge, discharge circuit components aging, so that the degaussing voltage can not reach the set value or degaussing field strength is not enough, there will be an alarm display on the LCD interface. Complete security protection: When the charging process of a sudden power failure, the system will generate automatic discharge instructions. When the discharge control circuit is out of order, the back panel of the unit is provided with a forced discharge button and an indicator lamp to remind the unit to discharge manually. The machine adopts Metal Cabinet and Internal Shield to prevent the leakage of magnetic field and ensure the safety of operators.
