Auto Prep 200 fully automatic liquid sample processing workstation is specially designed for the complicated, time-consuming and toxic preparation of large quantities of liquid samples in the laboratory, unattended liquid sample handling workstation. According to the requirement, the liquid sample can be transferred, diluted, constant volume, added and so on. It can also be applied to the treatment of standard solution, such as the preparation of multi-component standard solution, standard solution dilution and standard curve preparation, it can be applied to the treatment of various liquid samples. Main features: 1. Various modes, such as dilution mode, mixing mode, quantitative adding mode and separating mode, can be used to meet the requirement of sample processing. 2. A series of high-precision injection pumps were used, with the specification ranging from 100 μl to 25 ml. With constant temperature function, to meet the preparation temperature constant degree, to avoid the influence of ambient temperature on the sample; 4. The sampling needle can be cleaned automatically to avoid residue, and the material of sampling needle can be selected to meet the needs of organic sample preparation and inorganic sample processing. Compatible Pipette, automatic replacement of Pipette to avoid cross contamination; 10. Configuration of the whole unattended, WiFi connection, special software control, including alarm function.
